Pizza is great. They have an arcade/ game room. I brought my daughter there the other day to play some games and get pizza. Their quarter machine for the games was out of order. They only had a couple dollars in quarters in their till. They told me that most their gaming machines took dollar bills. Great..... or not. Their were several machines that took dollars, but they were all broken but one. Very frustrating. How do you have an arcade and no way to get quarters? If they fix that issue, I'd give them more stars.
great pizza, a little pricey, but worth it..quality costs money! The staff here on River Road is the Best, They are very friendly, and accommodating. I love Abby's, and If I get a choice, it boils down to this fact, The staff make me feel welcome here, where as at other Abby's, I feel like I am interrupting something when I need change, or am cashing in a lottery ticket.. Definitely Go to River Road Abby's if you get the chance!
We ordered a pizza from Abby's on River Road yesterday. I wasn't going to bother with a review but changed my mind. It'll be a cold day in hell before I order from them again. The lettuce on my Taco pizza was brown. I scraped it off to eat it. Ended up throwing half of it away. Absolutely the worst pizza I ever tried to eat. Needless to say we'll never go back!
2 may be a bit low, but 2.5 isn't an option. We used to order from the springfield location, which is great. Recently moved to river road, got take out, and we live maybe a 5 minute walk away. Garlic knots were good, big Hawaiian was definitely overcooked and light on the toppings. Ordered honey glazed boneless wings for the kids, hot for me. I'm pretty sure the honey were put in hot sauce first, then the mistake was fixed by re-dipping them in the BBQ, kids couldn't eat them. Too bad this location isn't the same as the springfield one. Papa's next time. Update - I was the only one able to eat the chicken due to mistakes above, but that's good, because I got quite sick.
To be honest I REALLY wanted to like it. But- The entire order was just lacking in quality. The garlic on top of the Knots was BEYOND caked on the tops. So much so that we had to literally scrap it off , which created a soggy knot. The pizza was weird and the vinegar in the steak sandwich was OVERPOWERING to say the least
