Booked my reservation by calling the number on their website. Lady was very nice. Told her we had pets & needed 2 rooms. She said she'd put the rooms next to each other. Really should've done my research on this area prior to booking. Neighborhood is sketchy with homeless all around. Show up to motel, apparently they were not told we had pets. Guy at desk says it's because we didn't call the motel directly. Only reason I'm giving them the a star is because he still accommodated us with a room in a "non pet friendly" room. Rooms also did not get put next to each other. Rooms are very small and dirty. White substance on lamp shade in one room EWE!! Very dirty and looks like had major water damage at some point in 1 room. No breakfast as described in website (should really be updated & not that I would eat there considering the conditions there) we were only there for 1 night as a stop over and woke up early to get out of there as fast as we could. Small thin blanket for sleeping. Slept on top of bedding. There is a grainy substance on the sheets. Will not be going to this place or this city again.
The heater worked well. The tv and remote control worked. The sheets were clean. The towels were clean. The air conditioner needed cleaned the filter was completely covered in dirt. The floor was dirty, like it had not even been mopped or wiped down. There was dirt on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet would keep running after being flushed until you jiggle the handle just right. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It looked like there was a flood with water damage up the walls and on the bed frame. The shower did get warm but had terrible water pressure. I was surprised by the fact that even after booking online where it said no deposit I was still required to pay a deposit that cost more than the room itself and I have to wait 3-5 business days to have it refunded to my card. Overall not really thrilled and won't be staying again or recommending to others.
After making paymentfor a 7 night stay and having ID on arrival they would not accept a cash deposit, so I went next door were they do accept cash deposit. Should make it more clear on check-out that you do not accept cash deposits.
Very bad customer service 😞. Not very accommodating with getting any type of accurate information. No breakfast or hot beverage's provided they say due to covid-19. Also your sleeping all night with a thin blanket covered in white sheets. Also heat thermostat makes a lot of noise. Neighborhood is not very desirable with homeless drug addicts walking around. Think twice before booking their are others around more accommodating.
Very basic but clean. No carpet. There is a fridge and a microwave. The guy at the front desk was very nice.
