The food is just so good. It's a couple steps up from a great spoon diner, but just as satisfying if not more so. Friendly staff, great selection of dishes, fairly priced. Definitely recommend for your brunch needs in Eugene.
Been looking for a more traditional breakfast stop, and they have all the classics. We got great service, the prices were fare for their portions, and had a nice atmosphere.
Brail’s is baaacckk!! The place is very clean and they are doing great with the seating and distancing. Familiar faces in the front and in the kitchen make it feel like home. The service is fast and friendly with a little bit of spunk that makes breakfast more than just a meal — it’s a great experience! Also, the bathrooms are spotless! The Korean-style Spicy Pork is AMMAAZZIINNGG
You just can't go wrong with Brail's. This is a must-try if you're looking for a place with good breakfast, delicious house coffee (they use a local roaster), fair prices, and friendly staff. We have visited both locations and have never had a bad experience. This is one of the places we bring out-of-town visitors for a family breakfast, breakfast with friends after a crazy night-out, or just a simple & good brekfast/brunch between my wife and I. During our most recent visit, I ordered an omelet and it was delicious! Their Eggs Benedict is one of my favorite things to order as well. The hollandaise sauce isn't THE BEST I've ever had, but it's good and I keep reordering it! I mean this in the most sincerest and respectful way, this is not a place to have your mind blown. This a place where you go when you're in the mood for a good filling breakfast and you don't want to spend a whole lot of money for it. If you go there with this understanding, you'll be very happy. If you're considering going for the first time, just go for it! You need to give them a chance. I've never been disappointed here. At the time of this review, you are able to dine in. You must have your entire party at the location in order to get on the waitlist, so you can't call ahead or get there early to "save a spot" for your group. I can't remember if Brail's mentions this, but most places ask you to limit your visit to no more than 90 minutes. This helps others get a chance to dine in since there is limited seating/capacity during COVID restrictions.
Favorite breakfast in town! Super friendly staff, delicious food! Easy to order for pick up.
