I have loved this place for over 18 years. They shut down during the pandemic but are open now. In case you are wondering how they keep the buffet safe, they actually serve you as you walk around and pick what you like. It was awesome and I got to have my favorite, the honey chicken !
Food was delicious. Fine service. They draped their buffet stations with plastic barriers for protection. You tell the server what to put on your plate from one side of the plastic and pick up your plate at the end.
We ordered quite a bit of food from here and I got about ¾ into my egg drop soup and there was a (I looked it up) rice weevil in it. 🤢🤮 We are currently in the process of getting a full refund. It's so sad too because we have been eating at this restaurant for years.
We ordered online at 445. I called and asked how long before it was ready. She said 20 minutes. We got there about 505. They told my husband that there wasn't any sushi so they took the price off. 20 minutes go by and he still didn't come out as I was waiting in the truck. I went in to ask what was going on and asked her how much longer. It had actually been sitting and waiting to be picked up for quite some time. I wasn't apart of the sushi convo so when we got home and I noticed there was no sushi he told me they took it off the price. I asked him how much he paid. He said the same number that was on my online receipt that had the sushi listed. I called and was hung up on multiple times. I am so disappointed because China sun has litteraly been a long time family tradition. Hopefully when I call tomorrow I won't get hung up on. I wasn't rude at all. I have no idea why she kept hanging up. She kept saying she was going to talk to her manager then hung up multiple times. Maybe she didn't know how to put the line on hold? She was very overwhelmed. Hoping to get this resolved tomorrow. The crunchy noodles were stale and no sweet and sour sauce for our sweet and sour chicken. We ordered chicken lo mein and got pork. The other food was tasty as usual.
I am in love with this food I am shook!! and the noodles are very good. and the fried shrimp. and the sugary bread is very good!
