The house keeping staff was very rude in the morning, and obviously had a bad night at home because their attitude was unlike anything I've experienced at a choice hotel. I stay in choice related properties 5+ nights per week, and I will not be back to this one. The Comfort Suites in Springfield is a much better option.
We came in at 3am to have the room till 11 she couldn't offer any kind of discount even tho I showed her if I rented the room through my app the room would be 60 less. Nice room but shoty stuck up service from the front desk. My kids were 10 mines late for breakfast, didn't offer juice or fruit nothing, I'm paying almost 200 for a room you should be more server friendly
First time staying with Comfort Suites and I will definitely book again! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The ac kept our room cool during our hot stay. There was to-go bagged breakfast during our stay. Staff was prompt and courteous. The parking lot did seem a tad in the smaller size but had no issues finding a parking space.
Easy to get to from the freeway. Clean. Helpful staff. Good place to stop for the night when passing through.
(Addendum; see below) Original: It's good for the price with Choice membership. Nice and clean. One of the managers yells at customers when they get escalated. Probably not the smoothest way to deal with that. Addendum: Thank you for your reply. I can't seem to reply to your reply, so I'll just edit my original comment. I wasn't actually bothered by either incident. I was instead giving unsolicited advice. The first incident involved a customer who was yelling in the lobby, and he appeared to instigate the trouble. And now I understand that the second incident involved a customer who was heard of hearing. I thought I was seeing a pattern of yelling back at escalated customers, but I should have waited to see more instances before concluding this was the case, as two incidents is not enough, and I also see how the handling of both of those incidents is understandable. My fault for jumping to conclusions, and I'm sorry. I'll leave it at five stars for now.
