Stayed at the hotel and enjoyed it very much. They had the BEST banana muffins in our room along with champagne and classical music. Friendly staff. Parking is a little strange, as you must park down the block. The restaurant is unfortunately closed but there is a wonderful sushi place next door. Overall good experience.
Came to celebrate my husbands birthday and left absolutely happy! Our server, Orion, was not only professional, prompt, and knowledgeable but also VERY personable. This only added to our positive experience. When we first came into the restaurant, we were seated in a spot that was partially in a doorway which felt very odd and uncomfortable. Upon disclosing this to our server (Orion), he immediately allowed us to choose other seating in the area and was very understanding and accommodating. From the appetizers to the main dish, the food was absolutely fantastic! The suggested wine pairings were exceptional. The entire experience was very special which only left us wanting to come back. Thanks for a great evening!!
Amazing! Stayed in the Bach room for our 20th anniversary weekend get away only 20 minutes from home due to smoke and covid restrictions. Staff was very friendly, Molly helped us out with a reservation issue and made our stay even more than we expected. Loved walking the halls with all the local art to look at. Dinner was 15/10! The short ribs were huge and so tender. Everything was fresh and perfect. Max our waiter made the evening fun and light. Wish I got the name of the guy at the front desk when we checked in, he was awesome and very helpful too. Jetted tub was perfect for two lovebirds, bed was very cozy and the room was spotless. Thank you all so much!
Beautifully designed rooms. A unique and refreshing change from cookie cutter chain hotels. Very friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant was shut down due to Covid. Nobody's fault. Parking is a little challenging.
I ate here last night and Wow!!! Service amazing. Setting amazing. But the food...I’m vegetarian and gluten free. I asked what the options would be for me and she replied that they could just make something off menu to accommodate me. The daily soup was vegetarian and gluten free so I asked for that and a side of grilled veggies. The soup was good. But the grilled veggies they made me was PERFECT!!! It’s super hard to eat gluten free in Eugene. But to have a place to go out of their way to make that happen and not just happen but be over the top amazingly good is super special. All restaurants in Eugene need to take lessons from this place. Go there eat and tell them you’re gluten free and vegetarian and see how you’re supposed to be treated. I can’t thank y’all enough. ❤️
