Enjoyed our one night stay. Front desk staff very attentive. Big rooms, funky decor but fun. Great beds, fluffy towels and when I had a problem with the shower curtain they immediately changed it to a new one!
Arrived very late in the evening, but so glad we picked this hotel because it was super warm with its decor style and just felt homey as soon as I got into the room. Now the decor style may not be your taste, but I personally love the 70s eclectic vibe it was giving me! The bed=incredible, love the bathroom wallpaper, and the room was spacious and clean. Well decorated, soft towels, fun touches of whimsical elements, and a great location. Excited to stay at another Graduate Hotel!
This is a beautiful hotel, it appears totally bespoke. Service is very good the staff is friendly and even though it was COVID-19, you could tell that the convention facilities were first rate. I'm not sure about the food because the restaurants were closed. However I will have to say not having coffee makers in the room is inconvenient to say the least and on top of it to not have coffee available in the lobby until 7:00 a.m. simply doesn't work for the business class. I sincerely hope that they take this criticism to heart because I think it's a hotel that can really be top notch in the community.
Fun place to stay. The space has alot of interesting decor. Have stayed twice very consistent. Good location downtown. Front desk guys are super nice and helpful
First, we stay in a lot of hotels and this one is not one I’d choose first by any means. Zero extras in creature comforts. It has great decor, it’s nice and clean, but nothing more. It was just okay. No coffee/tea capability for the room, no microwave either. The couch was as stiff as a board and then that sneaky parking fee of $19 for the night is just robbery. There are other hotels that are just as clean, offer coffee/tea/microwave in the room, complimentary breakfast as well as free parking. My husbands company kept telling him to stop drinking waters in the room, which he’d never, at the hotel in Eugene....come to find out it was the dang parking fee and we parked the vehicle ourselves. He stayed there often but, now we will rethink that. The only thing I really liked was the decor and the bed was comfortable, but yet not worth getting nailed for parking on my incidentals card.
