Ordered through Uber Eats. Never received my order. Delivery driver texted saying that it was being delivered and that he arrived. I was in the lobby of the hotel when they said that. So, no it wasn’t delivered. Uber Eats refused to reimburse me. And I was still craving ice cream and cookies. Yeah, one star to both of these miserable businesses.

First-time customer and very happy with how Insomnia Cookies enabled me to surprise my son at college with warm cookies. The special anniversary offer of 20 for $20 plus free delivery was irresistible. The ordering is easy to navigate and they text your recipient to ensure a smooth drop off. I could also track the delivery status on my end. There was a broad variety to choose from, including vegan and gluten-free. You can pay extra to have the cookies individually packed in their own little bag, which I opted to do to make it easier to share. I’m told the cookies were delicious and “super thoughtful”. The cookies showed up about 15 minutes later than they said they would, no big deal.

I forgot who I spoke to earlier tonight, but they were so kind and helpful. For how busy everything was on a new years night, they did amazing! Thank you for the great experience.

I was excited, wanting cookings in the middle of the night. But you are closed. In the last city I was, insomnia cookies was open past 3am. I am so so so very sad today.

Very overpriced cookies. They are smaller than costco chocolate chip sized. 6 cookies for 16$ and even store bought dough is better. Just go to costco. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.
