I start out the night thinking I'll try Papa Murphy's on Olympic Street in Springfield Oregon! Pizza sounds great! I join their rewards program. I get a $3 off coupon! I tried for 25 minutes to order online applying my $3 coupon.... so I set out for the store and decided I would call it in! I speak with Trevor. I explained I couldn't get the order to go through with the $3 coupon and how much time it's taken for me to try to order online. He responds with it'll be another 45 minute wait, but I can use the rewards. I asked for a supervisor she gets on the phone. I explained to her the problem she quoted me 20 minutes. At this time I'm sitting in the parking lot. I was thankful it wasn't going to be 45 more minutes. I also verified online for a large thin crust pizza $12? You will be able to take the $3 rewards off? She said yes no problem. 30 minutes later when my pizza is ready.... Rylee helps me from the jump she said what's up! How can I help you! I told her about my $3 coupon. She says that she can't apply that! I tried to advisor her of my experience through the night. she then rolled her eyes at me and walked away while I was trying to explain. When she returned she said the supervisor wasn't available to talk to me and she still couldn't apply my $3 reward to the $12 large pizza I ordered. So I paid full price in the end for a pizza that took me over an hour to get an I still have to bake it at home! I will never ever give this company on Olympic Street another dollar of my hard-earned money. Time is money! My disappointment is there's are a series of customer service interventions that could have happened throughout the night. Time and time again through this experience I felt disrespected and as if my money didn't matter to this company! Spend your money & wait at your own risk!!!
You know I really do love their pizza and being able to make it at home is a plus. It's always delicious, the cheesy bread with marinara is addicting! But why 3 stars? They are so unorganized and probably understaffed! Call my order ahead, get placed on hold for 10 minutes, says it will be about 15 minutes, get there within about 20-25 minutes just to be safe and wait another extra 15 minutes. One guy always on the phone but also doing "drive-thru" and it just seems like such a chaotic place most of the time and I feel sorry for the people that work there. Just needs to be managed better. But for the price it's pretty good pizza! Hang in there employees, hopefully this was a helpful review.
Absolutely slow beyond belief. I phoned in an order, was quoted 40 min. Show up 55 min, pizza not ready. No big deal, I get it, they're busy. I wait in the lobby 20 minutes while they make about 30 pizzas before mine, placing them on their call-in rack (people weren't even there). Will be contacting the manager. Edit: manager gave a free pizza and was very sorry. This changes my 1-start to 4-star.
Came in a couple weekends ago. Thurston is my store & it's been closed. The teambthat evening was doing 💯% a great job. There were people acting extra funky to them. An employee trying to leave when he could see the dinner rush coming (SMH not a team player 😜). Wish I could find my receipt 🧾, I would post to give that crew at the specific time a public ‼️SHOUT OUT‼️ GOOD JOB EVENING CREW👌🏿
I had a really frustrating experience tonight where I went to pick up my pizzas and for reasons I wasn't able to pick it up from the drive thru. I was very frustrated because I had a car full of kids. I left a review and a email to papa murphys online, I was so impressed the manager called me back in about 20 minutes. We talked and I felt heard and she personally is going to bring me and my family pizza on Tuesday this week. I super appreciate her care and understanding and if you have a problem don't hesitate to leave a comment to there website. In this time when everyone is overwhelmed and overworked please be kind and understanding. It goes a long way. Thanks Can't wait for pizza later this week.
