Went here for lunch. Small staff, but they handled the rush well. Food was really good. Thank you for a very nice experience.

West 11th Shari's Eugene Oregon Branch... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This place has taken a turn for the WORSE !! I Used to eat here once a week with my mother. I will no longer even get near it after our last visit! Park your car where you can see it from the window ! Mine got broken into while eating with nothing inside to tempt a thief? Bad if not dangerous area. Very dark parking lot not enough lighting especially in the back. Many campers and druggies in lot next to this place also lots of trash and litter and people lurking in back of establishment. 😦 Menu not what it used to be. Quality has bottomed out regarding products served with the exception of the pies. Fewer choices... Here's my reasons for this update. Fruit was not ripe. Hash browns not cooked long enough. Chicken fried steak shrunk in size and was over cooked. Gravey was cold and too salty. Biscuits were cold and tasted funny... Iced tea had slime floating in it. Really.... Health Department should visit this place and require a deep cleaning.. Menu makes it virtually impossible to truly order anything healthy other than a couple salads. Sandwich selection has been whittled down to zilch. Employees are overworked and barely have enough time to wash their hands from the time they touch the plates that they put in the bus bin before touching your silverware. Out of the beer that I wanted, My water glass had lip stick prints on it from the previous user. Employees were complaining about having to work while the chefs gone home sick. You don't complain about your companies problems to your customers!! I used to really enjoy this place and felt like I could find something that was healthy on menu. Budget cuts have made this place into a real sad show. I usually don't take this much time to express my opinion but I hope you don't go through the same experience that we both went through. Neither of us enjoyed our meals and that says a lot...... Get it together people!!! I suggest that the owners come in at night and eat here...see what you think about it. Take a look inside the ice tea container with a flashlight before you order!!! Goodluck .... Follow-up comment... Management has yet to respond to this review just goes to show you how much they really care about this establishment and their customers reactions to their experiences 🤔

Service was friendly and semi-prompt. Nothing bad to say about the staff. The food however, was atrocious. Ever seen a 5 year old that won't eat fries? He won't eat these. Burger had been cooked some time in 2016, and the toast was made with a propane torch. Steak salad was good.

We ordered food to go for some family this evening. Two of the 4 items were the sourdough burger with everything on it. When we got home with the food there was nothing on it. Just the sauce and barely any onions. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, etc. This was one of the worst dinners I’ve had in a while. And 1 of these was $12.60. Does this picture look like it was with 12.60? We got two of them that both looked like this photo. There were also barely any fries and they were super soggy. I will never be back here again.

Had been a while since we visited this Sharis (before COVID) location and first thought was: wow, pretty rundown/rough looking out and inside. Anyway, one of us wanted pie and one of us wanted a milkshake. Also ordered some fries. Everything was fine, we just wished portions had been larger. Considering we only saw one guy sitting, taking orders, etc etc didn’t take too long for us to get everything to our table.
