Finest food, very friendly staff members, consistently awesome ambience. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is great. Keep up the good work.
They brought out a whole plate of sushi that my brother-in-law didn't order. We were all kind of confused at the table it being our first time trying sushi and when he tried to tell the waiter he told him it was part of his order but then at the end of the meal we realize that it was not actually a part of anything he ordered and they still made him pay for it. Expensive too. They're very rude about it and even though we were one of only a couple tables in the whole restaurant, our reader was still unattentive. We will never go back there.
The service was terrible. Very slow, especially since we were the only ones there. This was my first time to sushi. The waiter brought extra food and we thought it was a part of one of our dinner combos so we ate it. We were charged an extra $20 for it and had to pay because we ate it. The bathroom was dirty and stunk like an old tampon. So gross. The food was ok, but not something I would ever order again
The sushi here is bar none in town. I had 7 rolls between my friends and I and each and every one of them was amazing. Highly suggest it to anyone in town.
Really disappointing first time experience at the location on Oak. Service was nonexistent; food ranged from disappointing to outright disgusting. My husband and I ordered two Pepsi's, Korean sweet and spicy wings, a crazy roll, Titanic roll, hot cracker roll, and dynamite roll. Both Pepsi's were completely flat and watered down. The sauce on the wings was great, but the wings themselves were cooked to death and about the size of a thumb (literally - not kidding). We paid $10.25 for a 5pc order of wings (of which we only got 4), and, based off the picture in their menu, assumed we were getting a full plate of decent-sized wings. I'm not exaggerating when I say the entire plate had about 7 or 8 small bites of chicken on it between the 4 "wings". Crazy roll mentioned coconut in its description. No fresh coconut to be found; tops of each piece were literally covered in this disgusting coconut syrup you would expect to find in a cheap drink. My husband and I each tried one piece and literally couldn't continue, even drowned in Unagi sauce and piled with ginger. Titanic roll was the ok-est of all of them though the tuna and salmon tasted literally of nothing. No fishy taste, no fresh taste, they just literally tasted like air. Assuming the fish had been frozen and thawed multiple times to accomplish this complete lack of any flavor whatsoever? I have to say, the presentation was beautiful on this one, though. Hot cracker and dynamite roll are hard to explain...they tasted fine as food in general, but if I were doing a blind taste test I never would have been able to guess that I was eating sushi. Just very odd...don't even know how to explain it...my husband suggested that the dynamite roll kind of tasted like a McDouble?? In all, 100% sure we'll never go back here. Sad waste of $68 and a night out.
