Fabulous food. Oh my gosh. And you can eat outside in a protected area. I overheard how good it was from a customer in line at the Safeway who was telling the cashier. When she left, I asked the cashier which restaurant they were talking about. She and the bagging clerk filled me in. Then as I was leaving, the woman behind me said, “What restaurant was she just talking about?” Haha! My husband and I took lunch home. Aromatic and delicious.
We've ordered many times from the various locations with good results. Tonight was a disaster. I ordered the items once off which, Tom Yum Soup, was vegan. Upon arriving at home we opened the soup and discovered it had fish and meat along with tofu. I called them and they quickly agreed to provide another order of soup this time vegan. I drive back picked it up. They said it was vegan, the receipt said vegan. When I opened it at home it had seafood, pork and no tofu. I'm tempted to think they did it on purpose, the modern version of the cook spitting in your soup after sending it back. We will not be back
My wife and I love this place! We eat here several times a month and it never disappoints us. There is nothing better than their Tom Kah soup on a brisk fall day. The kind ladies and gents who work there are very pleasant and give great recommendations — thanks Hailey, you are awesome! Takeout can be somewhat slow but it’s worth the wait. We are excited to show our friends this place.
Food is pretty good. Customer service on the phone is very poor. Very difficult to ask questions or get an accurate order. For example I asked if the Chicken Satay was white or dark meat and the lady on the phone responded that it was white meat because chicken and pork are white meats. I restated the question by giving an example of each kind of meat i.e. breast vs thigh. She thought about it for about 30 seconds and then blurted out "I'm sorry what is your question again?". I asked again and then after another long pause she finally said she doesn't know and doesn't understand the question. I then ordered 2 orders of the ice cream which they explained that 1 order is a choice of 3 small scoops or 1 large scoop. So I said I want 2 orders of 1 large scoop each. When I picked the food up I got home to find out they charged me for 2 orders and gave me 1 order of 3 small scoops. After the earlier phone experience I decided it wasn't worthwhile to try to get the issue corrected.
Food was okay, did seem like it needed more flavor, the waitress brought me a seasoning Nd it helped somewhat. I took leftovers home and helped it much more with what I aided. Service was great, restaurant was very clean, too
